WHY IT'S DIFFERENT HERE
Hillsboro Beach is a small town on the barrier island between the Atlantic Ocean and the Intracoastal Waterway, with homes facing one or the other. That means pools built for salt air and sun, and for oceanfront lots, coastal construction rules on top of town permitting. As a licensed Florida pool contractor, we manage all of it as part of your project. Once the build or remodel is done, our same team keeps it running with full-service cleaning, repair, and maintenance.
New construction and most remodeling projects need a permit from the Town of Hillsboro Beach. We manage that process as part of your build.
See finishes, tile, and equipment in person at our Boca Raton showroom, a short drive from Hillsboro Beach, before you commit to a design.
The same crew that builds or remodels your pool is the one available to maintain it afterward.

QUESTIONS
Most new pool construction and significant remodeling projects in Hillsboro Beach require a permit from the town. As a licensed contractor, Master Touch handles the permitting process as part of your project.
Properties seaward of Florida’s Coastal Construction Control Line can need an additional permit from the Florida Department of Environmental Protection. We review this early in the design phase so it is built into the timeline.
It does. Salt air speeds up corrosion on metal parts and wear on some finishes, so we choose materials and equipment with that in mind and check equipment closely during regular service.
Cost depends on project scope, materials, and the pool’s current condition. A free, no-obligation estimate after an in-person visit is the most accurate way to get a number.
Weekly service works best for most pools: water testing, chemical balancing, skimming, brushing, and an equipment check.
It extends your swim season into cooler months and keeps evening swims comfortable as ocean breezes cool things down.
Heavier rain from late spring through fall brings more algae and faster chemical swings, so pools typically need closer monitoring during that period.
We prioritize repair scheduling, especially for issues affecting circulation or safety. Call 561-674-6909 to get on the schedule.
