POSITION DUTIES: Assist in collecting and analyzing data to evaluate the time and money for material and labor needed to carry out pool design projects for residential and commercial clients. Consult clients to determine their budget and goals for the project. Help designers, architects, and subcontractors in preparing project budget. Make the necessary pool design project adjustment based on the analysis of actual costs. Support staff during the stages of the pool design project to ensure that costs are in line with forecasts. Prepare estimates for use in selecting vendors or subcontractors. Participate in negotiations with suppliers.
REQUIREMENTS: High School +24 months of experience in the job offered. Alternatively, the employer will accept a bachelors degree in business administration, economics or a related field +Valid Pool and Spa Operator Certification (CPO) or Valid Pool and Spa Technician Certification.
HOURS: 40 hours/week
